Exercise is important for any cancer patient because it can help prevent the recurrence of cancer. Let us design an exercise program customized to your cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery status.

Our fitness program includes a one-on-one consultation with an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified cancer exercise trainer, who will review your medical history, exercise history, and your fitness goals. After they secure a release from your physician that allows you to exercise, you’ll receive a fitness routine that provides specific guidelines for improvement in areas like:

  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Muscle strength and endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Range of motion
  • Balance
