We’re here to give cancer patients the tools they need to survive–and thrive– mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Through our survivor services, we provide one-on-one consultations with a specialized fitness trainer, dietitian, genetic counselor, social worker, physician assistant, and clinical psychologist. These services are especially designed to help survivors develop a healthy lifestyle and reduce their future risk of cancer.

Plus, at our Fort Worth facility, most programs are free no matter when you were diagnosed.

We provide treatment, information, and inspiration to help you make changes and develop habits that could prevent the recurrence of cancer.

Do I need to seek follow-up care?

We will help you identify a coordinator for your continuing care, such as your oncologist or primary care physician. Our nurse navigators will provide you with a personalized plan specific to your cancer, including national guidelines for future lab work, exams, and X-rays.
